Notes

Who: All Athletes in need of a sports physical for the '13-14 school year, EXCEPT incoming freshmen for the '13-14 school year.

When: Dr. Chams and staff will be performing the physicals from from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Where: Meet outside the front office of the almond campus.

Cost: $25, please make checks out to Warren Township High School.
